I recently stayed at Zense Resort for my 40th birthday, and while the room was lovely and spacious, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The pool area was not as clean as I expected, and the service had its ups and downs. Breakfast was a highlight, but there were some disappointing moments regarding tipping and communication. I wouldn’t say it was the ideal resort experience I was hoping for.

The location is quite good, making it easy to access nearby dining options and beaches, but the hotel itself was not what I expected. The rooms were a far cry from what was shown in the pictures, and I had issues with cleanliness. The breakfast service was also a bit of a downer. While the staff was polite, the overall experience felt more like a budget motel than a resort.
