Zense Candolim Hotel, Candolim

I recently stayed at Zense Resort for my 40th birthday, and while the room was lovely and spacious, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The pool area was not as clean as I expected, and the service had its ups and downs. Breakfast was a highlight, but there were some disappointing moments regarding tipping and communication. I wouldn’t say it was the ideal resort experience I was hoping for.

I recently stayed at this hotel and honestly, it left a lot to be desired. The location is quite good, making it easy to access nearby dining options and beaches, but the hotel itself was not what I expected. The rooms were a far cry from what was shown in the pictures, and I had issues with cleanliness. The breakfast service was also a bit of a downer. While the staff was polite, the overall experience felt more like a budget motel than a resort.

The resort offers spacious and clean rooms, making for a comfortable stay. However, the service leaves much to be desired, particularly during breakfast. The location is great for accessing local attractions, but the dining options available are not ideal. For the price, I expected a bit more in terms of meal variety and timely service.

The Zense Resort in Goa offers cozy and spacious rooms that are well-maintained and clean, along with a fantastic location close to Calangute beach. While the staff is friendly and the amenities are decent, the dining experience, especially for breakfast, could use some improvement. Also, the limited housekeeping hours were a bit disappointing.
